Teacup pigs are the latest craze among animal lovers, aptly-named according to their size (comparable to a teacup). It all started nine years ago in England, where a farmer began to crossbreed pigs on his farm to create the 'perfect pet pig. These teacup pigs are possibly one of the cutest things I've ever seen (and I never thought I'd say that about a pig!) If you're interested in finding out more about teacup pigs, keep reading! Teacup pigs are a cross between Vietnamese pot-bellied pigs and Kunekune from New Zealand and these adorable little animals are quickly becoming household names.

One proud owner has described teacup pigs as creatures that, “move like lightning now and it can be difficult to keep track of them, but fortunately they are not straying too far from their heated enclosure at the moment.” My husband and I have been tuning into a TV channel over the internet watching these curiously cute animals and have decided to try and find a pair of them to buy on the weekend. In the meantime we will have to stick to watching these lovely creatures on our broadband connection.

You can watch these on a special channel over the internet here
